How to put the people into data-governance design processes – and why we need systems designed by and for everyone

Open Data Manchester has spent 10 years convening as a community of individuals and organisations that believe data is important, and want it to be used for the benefit of people, places and the planet.

We’re starting the ‘Autumn term’ with an Open:Data:Night that will frame some of the biggest challenges we’ve heard from those working towards these ideals, as well as exploring the latest work being done to overcome them, particularly in the collaborative development of the Declaration for Responsible and Intelligent Data Practice.

Register on Eventbrite here.
