Our vision is for a more circular economy in the packaging sector through the development of standardised data that enables resource and process efficiencies, benefiting people, planet and our future prosperity.
The free-to-use Open 3P data standard, developed by Open Data Manchester, partner organisations and the packaging industry, allows the value chain to describe packaging using a ‘common language’ and exchange data more easily.
We are now recruiting individuals who share our vision and aspirations for Open 3P to sit on the Standard Custodian Board. The role of the Board is to safeguard the integrity of the data standard and ensure that the future development of the Open 3P data standard best represents the needs of the value chain and relevant stakeholders both in the UK and internationally.
